Burger Salads
These burger salads are so flavorful and one of my favorite ways to prepare dinner without turning the stove on! I used grass-fed burger patties for this recipe, but ground meat cooked on the stovetop with salt + pepper would also work!

INGREDIENTS
For 4 salads you’ll need:
1lb or more of ground meat or 4 burger patties
3 heads of chopped romaine
1 carton of halved tomatoes
Sliced red onions (raw or pickled)
Pickles
1 sliced avocado
For the roasted potatoes:
4 Yukon gold potatoes, cut into strips
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
For the special sauce, combine:
1/2 cup mayo – I use avocado oil mayo
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp pickle juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by preparing your potatoes. Coat the potatoes with oil + spices, then air-fry at 400 for 12-15 minutes, or bake at 400 for ~20 minutes.
While the potatoes are roasting you can cook the meat on your grill or stovetop.
To make the special sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well to combine.
Assemble your salads and drizzle with special sauce!!
