The journey to health and wellness can be frustrating. Eating right can be confusing and overwhelming. The media pumps out (often contradictory) health sound bytes everyday. There’s a new diet book, food plan, and health coach everywhere you turn. Our access to health information is virtually unlimited, and yet we’re still overweight, under-energized, and unwell.

The cultural programming we’ve received isn’t based on sound science, it’s based on diet culture rhetoric. Exercise more and eat less, everything in moderation, willpower is the key to weight loss, no excuses. The result? We’re a nation of women who are overworked and undernourished.

You’ve already followed the rules and tried all the diets. You’ve done everything right. But it’s not working. You’re confused, tired, burnt out, and over it.

I’m here to tell you: it’s not your fault.

It’s time to get rid of the blame and self doubt, and step into your healthiest self. It’s time to Eat to Achieve. I can show you how.

It’s been at least 3 years since I jumped in on this 3 week nutrition program. I will always always always be grateful to Erin. I have continued to follow her wise advice...and guess what? My psoriatic arthritis has disappeared. I no longer have that fuzzy brain we blame on being a certain age. I sleep like a baby. I very rarely get sick despite the fact I work in an elementary school. My energy level is pretty darn good. My poor husband often asks me to just slow down. That afternoon crash no longer happens. As a bonus, 30 pounds fell off and has stayed away. Yes, I often get the sarcastic “oh, you can’t eat this.” My response is always, “I can eat whatever I want.” I truly admire and respect Erin’s work.

What is the Eat To Achieve™ Method?

  • Optimal Health

There is a direct link between lifestyle choices, food and chronic disease. When we’re stressed out about food, when we’re not eating enough food, when we’re not eating the right types of food for our body, when we’re not taking care of ourselves or treating ourselves with respect...this puts us in a pro-inflammatory disease state. Let’s start to untangle that web together and lay the foundation for a healthy body.

  • Freedom from Diet Culture

Diet culture instills unrealistic ideals of beauty and offers unhealthy ways of living to achieve those ideals. They create your insecurities and fears, and then profit from the solutions. But their solutions fail us time and again. Quick fixes and expensive diet programs don’t work. This program will explain why that is, and teach you a new way. Let me help you ditch your diets, learn about food, and support your optimal life.

  • Food Clarity

Stop second guessing every food decision you make. You are the expert on you. No guru, coach or influencer can tell you what’s right for your body. Only you can do that. This program gives you the tools to do so, while being able to check in with content from a qualified nutritionist.

  • Appetite Regulation

The food industry creates refined, processed, hyper palatable, addictive foods that train our brains and hormones to crave more, eat more, and store more fat. The first step to feeling better is to shift away from potentially problematic and difficult-to-digest food and embrace whole foods.

  • Kitchen Prowess

You have questions about grocery shopping, food prep, supplements, time management, dining out, and travel. I have your guides, resources, and answers.

  • Self Compassion

Start to make yourself a priority in your own life, and learn what works for YOU. Create individual habits that support your best health in a sustainable way.

A coworker told me about Erin's podcast and Eat to Achieve program in December 2020 when my health was at an all time low. I had spent months talking to my primary care doctor, gastroenterologist, allergist, and gynecologist only to be gas lit and told that what I had been experiencing was normal for x, y, and z reasons. Thankfully, ETA and the podcast gave me very functional and applicable "dos and don'ts" that got me so much better on my own until I was able to work with Erin 1:1. Now I'm 12 months into changing my lifestyle through ETA and 6 months into working with Erin and feel the best I have in my 25 years. She truly listens and believes in her clients and that alone goes a long way. Pair that with her serious knowledge and you have a phenomenal healthcare practitioner on your hands!

Why Eat to Achieve?

SUPPORT

While this is a self-led, self study program—I made sure to cover all of the questions I’ve received in my 11+ years working as a nutritionist, and aim to clear up any food confusion for you in this program.

INFORMATION

I don't just recommend you do something—I explain why. You get to pick through an 100 page book written by yours truly. From there, you receive access to daily recordings, videos and PDFs. Some of the topics I cover:

Good carbs, bad carbs?

Good fats, bad fats? (it's not what you think!)

Is dairy healthy?

Why RDAs and food labels can be extremely misleading

Which oils to cook with and why

How personality plays into diet

How to eat real food on a budget

INDIVIDUALITY

This is not a blanket diet. There are 3 different levels to choose from, and I encourage you to tweak the program to fit your needs. In my opinion, this is one of the reasons this program is so sustainable!

What sets Eat to Achieve™ apart from other food programs?

Advances in brain science prove that one-size-fits-all approaches don’t work. Eat to Achieve™ isn’t just another food plan or diet disguised as a lifestyle change.

If a food plan asks you to replace any meals with powders and shakes, it’s a diet.

If a program involves more supplements than food, it’s a diet.

If a food plan requires you to weigh, measure and portion your food, it’s a diet.

If a program doesn’t educate you about food sourcing and quality, it’s a diet.

If a food plan requires you to eat less than 1800 calories a day, it’s a diet

If a program makes you feel like a failure when you can’t stick to it, it’s a diet.

If a food plan encourages you to ignore your hunger cues, it’s a diet.

If a program doesn’t take into account your individuality, your back story and your starting point…IT’S A DIET.

Eat to Achieve™ blends psychoneuroimmunology, neuroscience, biochemistry, and food science. Those are all just fancy words to say—this approach is well researched and it works.

Erin Holt, Functional Nutritionist

My hope with this program is that we can stop looking at food as the enemy, and instead see it for what it is: FUEL for our wonderfully capable bodies.

But food is not just fuel—it does more than provide energy and building blocks. Food is also INFORMATION. Food can talk to your cells and turn genes on and off. It reports information about your environment. It’s community, and connection, and relationships. What you eat matters.

Erin has studied nutrition and health for well over a decade.

She is an Integrative & Functional Nutritionist and holds a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics with deep training and certifications in functional medicine. Erin has worked with private clients in her clinical nutrition practice for 10 years, and has created and led group nutrition programs for just as long. She is not only a health researcher, she is also in the trenches with clients. She puts theory into practice and is able to see what works and what doesn’t. Erin pours all of this into Eat to Achieve™.

Despite what we’ve been led to believe from the diet industry, we are actually capable of making our own food choices.

This program shows you how. Eat to Achieve™ allows you to thoroughly support your health through the foods you eat and the way you think about it.

Use this program as a resource to kickstart or upgrade your diet-free healthy life.

Shift away from addictive, potentially allergenic and difficult-to-digest food and embrace whole foods. Learn how to crowd out unhealthy habits while boosting your existing good habits. This program will create the space for positive and sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle.

This food plan removes foods that may trigger an immune response. It supports brain health, gut health, detoxification, blood sugar stability, and combats inflammation. You start to pay attention to the sourcing of food, and understand why it matters. You WILL NOT count calories or weigh food or measure portions. You WILL reprogram your body's hunger and satiety cues, keeping you from overeating. You will learn to trust your body.

Providing your body with the matter it needs to function optimally is a never-ending journey. Eat to Achieve™ can serve as a roadmap on that journey—even beyond the 21 days.
