Functional C.A.R.E. Maintenance Plan with Julie

This membership is for folks who are working with Julie Moyer, RDN on a maintenance basis. Access to this membership must be approved by the practitioner and is only available after working within the 1:1 Membership.

The Functional C.A.R.E. Maintenance Plan includes:

  • 1 bi-monthly 60 minute 1:1 session

  • Ongoing correspondence through private messaging portal
