The Perfect Pesto

This homemade pesto is so flavorful and easy to make.

Simply toss the ingredients in your food processor and pulse until well combined. I love serving this with zucchini noodles + meatballs or over salmon.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups basil leaves

  • ½ cup pine nuts

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 

  • The juice from 1 lemon

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. You can add more olive oil if you prefer a smoother consistency.

  2. Enjoy!!
