Avocado Chocolate Pudding

I've been making this recipe for years. I've shared it with countless people: I make it at workshops, some variation of it is always included in my nutrition programs,  kids have tried it and loved it. You should make it.

Forget about the ingredients. It sounds weird, but it's delicious. This is how I do dessert: nothing from a box, and whipped up in minutes on a whim.

PUDDING INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado, pitted and removed from skin

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk

Pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine everything in a food processor. Process until combined and smooth. Serve.
