Snickerdoodle Protein Balls

PROTEIN BALL INGREDIENTS

Makes about 15 balls

1 cup chickpeas

1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

4 medjool dates, pitted

2 scoops collagen peptides - I use this brand (use code FUNK for 20% off)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Healthy pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend chickpeas and coconut oil together in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Roll out into balls and refrigerate.
